Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the services provided on Studies Barcelona you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, please do not use this website or our services.

Use of Our Services: Basic Studies Barcelona and All Studies Barcelona Plans
The Basic Studies Barcelona plan does not have any cost for the client, and therefore is based on the good faith and commitment of the client. This means that if for any reason Studies Barcelona detects the lack of commitment of the student in their study trip to Barcelona or fraudulent activities such as falsifying documents. Immediately, the service will be terminated, and if necessary, it will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
The All Studies Barcelona plan involves the actual payment by the student or client of 500 euros, and this entitles him/her to a full and unlimited educational counseling service. It should be noted that this service is based on the premises of common sense and good faith. In no case will the amount received from the student or client be refunded if he/she renounces the study trip to Barcelona for any reason other than force majeure or serious error on the part of Studies Barcelona. The non-granting of the visa will not be a reason for refund of the 500 euros. The services of All Studies Barcelona will expire 18 months after the transfer.

Use of Our Services: Web, Form and Report
Our educational counseling and advice services for Barcelona are designed to guide you in a personalized way in your decision to study in Barcelona, whether it is language, university or other courses, as well as help you with accommodation and legal issues.
